  1. RESERVATION
  • CHECK IN TIME AND CHECK OUT TIME
  • Check in time is after 2.00 pm (local time) and check out is before 12.00 pm (local time)
  • Any extension of stay should be notified to Reception before 10.00 am
  • Any late check out from 1:00pm to 5:00pm will be charge based on hourly rate.
  • Any late check out after 5:00pm will be charge full rate (1 day price)
  1. ARRIVAL
  • All guests are required to provide Malaysia IC or passport upon check – in.
  • No extra room charges for children below 12 years old sharing room with parent.
  • No pets are allowed in the hotel
  1. PAYMENTS
  • Room rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia. (“RM”)
  • Room rates shown on the summary as above are charged on a per room per night basis inclusive of services charge of 10%
  • Deposit per Room RM 50.00

 

  1. CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS

  • Reservation are held until 5.00pm, unless guarantee by cash or credit card
  1. NON-REFUNDBLE CONDITION
  • All booking/advance payment make are non-refundable

  • Our hotel provides a healthy living environment, all areas of the hotel are strictly non-smoking. For any violation, an additional charge may add to the final bill.
